some fa's are proud, beautiful lines. the kind you obsess about and go back every chance until you stand triumphant on the top. other fa's are products of boredom from having climbed in an area too much. may i present one of the latter.
Kartoffel Hånd (what the Danish call the fist pound) is a fun roof in Utby. go do it if you get bored.

Cuerpo de Hombre

Of the many projects I have in Sweden one in particular stood out in my mind. Last weekend it ceased to be a project. Here's a little vid of the fa of Cuerpo de Hombre.

A Weekend in Stockholm

I got a taste of east coast bouldering the last weekend. Le Stef and Anja were excellent hosts as they toured me around for some of Stockholm's urban bouldering. I managed to climb a couple problem (Houdini and Specialized) and scoped a few more I'd like to go back for.

Hueco Wrap Up

great friends and good climbing sums up this season in the tanks. i didn't send everything i wanted and i'm leaving with a hurt finger but i had a great time.
prairie had a huge breakthrough, sending see spot run, uncut yogi, mexican chicken and a slew of other climbs. i guess that's what happens when you don't work for a year and a half.


kris and chris were gracious hosts, tolerating a hippie invasion every off-day. among the people we brought into their las cruces house with no warning were two swedes, some dirty southerners, and a random cyclist. they haven't seen the last of the kearneys.
