Heading to the Mecca of Rogaland

I've got 5 days and a favorable forecast to visit what I consider to be among the best bouldering regions I've ever seen.  It still amazes me that Rogaland is not on the radar of most climbers but I'll see if I can help turn that around.

Just one of many amazing boulder fields in Rogaland.  A picture from my first trip to Rogaland in 2006.

hi! Came across your blogpost on Rogaland If you're looking to publicise the area we thought you might like to know about the recent guidebook app to Rogaland released by the BRV via thesend.co.uk. It's based on the paper guidebook. The link to the app in iTunes is here at https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/klatre/id858734839?mt=8

Hej!

Hej Sebastian
The place is called Gloppedalsura and if you drove through you probably realize that there is tons of bouldering. While the locals are slowly adding problems in the massive boulder field most of the climbing is down on/near the beach. Relative to how much rock there is very little has been done.
As for the big wall, I know there are a couple routes done and I've seen folks climbing them. I'm pretty sure the wall is mentioned in a guide book on rogaland climbing.
